Will your charms fit a bracelet from another brand?

Yes - our charms have a standard 4.5mm threaded core and fit all the major snake-chain charm bracelets.

Can I send a gift without the recipient seeing the price?

That is the default. No prices appear anywhere in the parcel unless you tick "include a gift receipt".

Can I order as a guest?

Yes. An account just makes the next gift quicker - it saves your loved ones' addresses and birthdays and reminds you in time.

Can I choose the delivery day?

Pick a preferred date at checkout and we will time dispatch so it arrives on or just before it.

What if they do not like it?

They can exchange within 30 days - no awkwardness, they just quote the order number on the note card.
