Delivery
- Standard delivery - £3.95, 2-3 working days, tracked. Free on orders over £50.
- Next working day - £6.95 when ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 2pm are wrapped and dispatched the same working day. You can choose a preferred delivery date at checkout and we will hold dispatch so it lands close to the day.
Because we send gifts direct, nothing in the parcel shows a price unless you ask us to include a receipt.
Returns
If it is not right, return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Gift recipients can exchange too - just quote the order number from the note card. Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty.
